Special Positions:
Positions are reserved in 7 time cycles. (Iowa & New York are six times per year) Positions may be purchased independent of cycle as available and mechanically feasible. Cover positions require full page
ad. Center Spread requires full spread.
• Any Cover +15%
• Center Spread +10%
• Other Positions +10%

Short Rates:
Advertisers will be short-rated if, within seven consecutive publication months, they do not run the number of times needed to qualify for the rate on which their billings were based. A 5% prepayment discount will be allowed for contracts of 4 times or more if entire season contract is paid in advance by check. Invoicing subject to credit approval.

Agency Commission:
Commission is not allowed on any charges. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for content of their advertisements and assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the Publisher, and agree to indemnify the Publisher against any expense or loss suffered by reason of such claims. All copy subject to Publisher’s approval. Advertisements not received by closing date will not be entitled to proofs.

Issuance and Closing Dates:
These magazines are published monthly, seven times per year (Iowa & New York are six times per year). Cancellations or changes in orders not accepted after closing date. Preferred position not cancelable at any time.

Failure of advertiser or advertising agency to make an insertion order correspond in price to specification with the scheduled rate is regarded as a clerical error and the advertisement is published and charged
according to the terms of the schedule in force without further notice.

In the event of non-payment, the publisher reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable.
